紫外辐射法低温制备柔性TiO_2薄膜电极及其性能研究

摘    要:采用先研磨后超声波分散的方法制备了TiO2涂膜胶体,由其涂敷的TiO2薄膜经过紫外辐射处理后,获得了组装染料敏化太阳能电池的柔性TiO2薄膜电极。用扫描电子显微镜、红外吸收光谱仪和紫外可见光谱仪对TiO2薄膜电极进行了表征,同时,用数字源表测试了电池的光电性能。结果表明:TiO2薄膜电极具有多孔结构,其经过紫外辐射处理后,有机物完全去除;N3染料敏化后,使其吸光度增大,组装成的电池,其光电转换效率达到0.93%。

Abstract:Flexible TiO2 thin film electrodes for dye-sensitized solar cell were successfully prepared using UV irradiation.The pastes were prepared by ultrasonic dispersion after grinding.The TiO2 thin film electrodes were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),FT-IR spectra and UV-vis absorption spectra.Moreover,the photoelectric performance of the cell was measured using a keithley 2400 digital source-meter.It was found that the structure of TiO2 thin film electrodes was porous.After UV irradiation,the ...
