关于电热水壶连盖处金属杆是否需要进行温升考核的辨析

在电热水壶温升考评中，由于各认证检测机构在对标准和制造商产品设计理念的理解上存在分歧，往往导致产品合格评定结果不一致。本文通过对比电热水壶有或无金属杆的使用体验和使用者实际使用调查，分析标准要求和产品设计理念，针对连盖处金属杆是否需要按照GB 4706.1-2005中短时握持手柄相关条款进行考核的问题进行了辨析。

Research on Temperature Rise Assessment of Electric Kettle Cover With the Metal Rod During Normal Use

In the temperature rise assessments of electric kettle, due to the debates in the understanding of the stan-dards and manufactures’ product design concepts in the certification agencies, it results different conformity assess-ments. Compared the customer experience for kettles cover with or without metal rod and user surveys, this paper ana-lyzes the standards requirements and the product design concept. And it discusses whether the cover of the metal rod shall assess in accordance with the standard GB 4706.1-2005 limit for handle held with short period.
