臭氧降解8种蔬菜中农药残留研究

摘    要:采用臭氧在水中处理含有有机磷、菊酯等8种农药的蔬菜,分别研究了臭氧对蔬菜中农药残留的去除效果。结果表明,臭氧对于大部分农药均有较好的去除效果,最优降解处理时间为7min,对8种农药的平均降解率均超过30%,且臭氧降解蔬果表面农药残留的效果与农药的种类及受污染程度有关。

Abstract:The degradation efficiency of 8 kinds of pesticide residue contained in vegebable were studied by using ozone in water.And the influence on ozone treatment on the vegetable was compared too.The result showed that ozone could effectively decline the residues of pyrethroids.And when the optimal processing time was 7min, the ozone treatment had significant degradation effect on high concentration of pesticide residues which reached more than 30%, and effect of ozone degradation of pesticide residues on fruits and vegetables related to the types of pesticides and degree of contamination.
