摘    要:国内外食品安全问题屡见不鲜,相关的检测技术不能很好地发现并解决问题。通过对国外的规则建立实验法(RDE)、微生物评估系统(MAS)法和国内的酶联免疫法(ELISA)、色谱及质谱法、生物技术的分析,得出解决我国食品安全问题的启示。

Abstract:Food safety problem becomes a common occurrence both in developed countries and in developing ones while correlative technologies can't find out and resolve the problem very well.Compared methods of RDE and MAS abroad with that of ELISA and chromatograph and/or MS and biotechnology domestic and offered a proposal for resolving food safety problems in our country.
