| 摘 要： | 以《AluminiumTimes》2004年出版的数据表为蓝本,全面简明地介绍了欧洲与中东100个铝板带箔轧制企业的所在地及轧机规格与数量,生产能力是笔者匡算的。欧洲的铝轧制工业主要集中在德国、俄罗斯、法国与意大利,而硬合金板材及厚板生产则在俄罗斯、德国与法国。欧洲铝板带箔轧制工业既有一些世界级的大厂,也有众多的中小厂。欧洲与中东共有单机架热轧机44台,热连轧生产线11条;单机架冷轧机200余台,多机架冷连轧生产线8条;轧光机6台;箔轧机174台,双机架箔材连轧生产线2条。板带材生产能力约4800kt/a,箔材生产能力1000kt/a左右。

| Abstract: | This article is written according to"Aluminum Times"with the capacities estimated by the writer.The location of 100 rolling plants and the specification of the rolling mills in Europe and Middle East have been generally introduced.Germany,Russia,France and Italy are the concentration areas of aluminum rolling industry in Europe;also Russia,Germany and France are the main production countries of hard alloy rolling products and heavy plate.There are some world-class rolling plants in Europe with 44 single-stand hot rolling mills,11 hot rolling tandems,over 200 single-stand cold rolling mills,8 multi-stand cold rolling tandems,6 bright mills,174 foil mills,2 two-stand foil rolling tandem in Europe and Middle East.The total capacities of rolling products and foil are amount to about 4800 kt/a and 1000 kt/a respectively. |
