| 摘 要： | 从价值链、产业链、产业价值链的概念出发,通过对高新技术产业概念的界定,依据高新技术产业价值链的特征,得出了高新技术产业价值链的五个评价指标。即:产业价值链的完备程度,产业价值链各环节的匹配关系,产业价值链各个节点企业富集的程度,产业价值链中各企业人才的富集程度,产业价值链是否与区域生态相适应,可持续发展。

| Abstract: | This paper proceeds from concepts about value chain, industrail chain, industrial value chain. The paper provides the evaluation indexes of hi-tech industrial value-chain according to its characteristics and the definition of concept of hi-tech industry. Those indexes are perfect degree of industrial value chain, match relationship among various links of the chain, enterprises concentration degree of each node, talents dense degree in each enterprise, and conformity with regional ecosystem. |
