摘    要:根据江苏贾汪电厂440t/h循环流化床(CFB)锅炉调试期间及投产后出现的问题,从物料平衡的角度介绍了循环流化床锅炉床温控制理论。针对启动床料选用、入炉煤特性、冷渣器型式、锅炉启动时间及回料阀出力等方面对哈尔滨锅炉厂440t/h循环流化床锅炉床温偏高的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决办法及改善床温可控性的对策及注意事项。

Abstract:From the view point of circulating material balancing,the paper analyzed the high bed temperature problem of a 440 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler made by Harbin Boiler works in terms of the startup bed material selection,coal quality,the slag-cooling equipment selection,boiler startup time and the capability of recirculation valve,etc.It put forward the corresponding countermeasures and acquired satisfactory result.
