| 摘 要： | 本文针对传统的频率特性测试仪的缺点,提出了基于数字式直接频率合成的虚拟频率特性测试仪的方案,着重探讨用虚拟仪器技术实现频率特性测试仪的关键技术。给出虚拟频率特性测试仪的硬件平台与软件系统的具体实现。该测试仪具有打印频率特性曲线和拟合被测对象传递函数等传统频率特性测试仪不具有的强大功能。
