| 摘 要： | 本文根据实际生产需要,引出了晶闸管静止中频电源的分段恒功率控制的概念,分析比较了功率调节系统的几种方案,运用微机在KGPS 160kW/8kHz晶闸管中频电源上实现了输出功率的分段恒定控制,可用于工件的热处理淬火。

| Abstract: | According to the requirement of production, the piece-wise fixed power control method is introduced for medium frequency supply. After the discussion of various power regulation methods the piece-wise fixed power control with a microprocessor is realized for a 160kW/8kHz medium frequency supply. The experimental result is consistent with the theoretical expectation. |
