| 摘 要： | 对发电企业生产弹性进行了分析 ,认为生产弹性对提高发电企业在网厂分开后适应市场变化的能力至关重要 .同时 ,分析提出了提高生产弹性的有效方法 ,如资产重组、组建发电公司、在发电公司间合理配置调峰电厂等 ,得出了一些有意义的结论 . |

| Abstract: | The production elasticity of electrical power enterprises is analyzed. The author thinks that the production elasticity of electrical power enterprises is important for power plants to adapt market changes after the separation of power grid and power plants. At the same time, the effective methods of enhancing production elasticity, such as asset restructuring, constructing power companies and allocating peak regulation power plants(units) among power companies and so on, are put forward and analyzed. Finally, some useful conclusions are proposed. |
