摘    要:针对流域开发带来的生态环境问题,在界定生态环境需水量概念的基础上,分析了河道生态环境需水量的内涵及组成。同时以杂谷脑河为例,根据其流域梯级开发的特点,研究杂谷脑河流域中薛城水电站减水河段生态环境需水量的组成并估算其大小,从而为闸址处泄流量提供参考依据,有利于维持整个杂谷脑河流域人口、自然和经济的可持续棼展。

Abstract:In view of ecological and environmental problems caused by basin exploitation, the connotation and composition of eco-environnmtal water demand for river course are analyzed based on the given definition of the ecoenvironmental water demand. In addition, according to characteristics of Zagunao river cascade development, Xuecheng hydraulic power station which lies on Zagunao river basin is taken for instance to investigate the makeup and magnitude of eco-environmental water demand for water-reduced reach. The results not only provide the references for discharged water flow at the sluice gate, but also are in favor of maintaining sustainable development of population, nature and economy for the whole Zagunao river basin.
