| 摘 要： | 我国电力短缺的情况已经逐渐影响到国民经济的稳定运行,就此问题作了分析,认为解决电力短缺的措施应当从产业结构的优化着手,并就经济增长与能源生产之间的关系作了实证分析。

| Abstract: | Power shortage has gradually affected the stab ility of national economy.Based on the analysis in th is paper,we propose that industry structure optim ization is a valid approach of solving the prob lem of power shortage.In add ition,we provide an emp irical analysis of the relationsh ip between econom ic growth and energy production. |
