绝对式双参数感应涡流传感器测量圆柱导体温度

摘    要:为提高绝对式双参数感应涡流传感器的测量精度,以实现单机多参数测量,对影响测量精度的试件温度进行了研究。建立了圆柱导体温度检测数学模型,设计了检测方法。实际检测了铜和铝两种棒材,将测得的结果代入理论计算公式,得到它们的理论温度值。与实测温度相比较,两者间误差很小,验证了该理论在温度检测方面的有效性。

Abstract:In order to increase the absolute double-parameter induction eddy current sensor measuring accuracy and realize the single plane multi parameter survey, the influence on the survey of the object temperature had been researched. The column conductor temperature examination technology mathematical model was established, and the corresponding examination method was designed. Then copper and aluminum bars were actually tested, substituted the results in to the theoretical fomular, the theoretical temperature value was obtained. Compared with the actually measured value, the error was very small, it proved validity of the theoretics in temperature measuring.
