摘    要:在煤层气钻井过程中,经常出现煤岩坍塌、井漏、煤层气气侵等问题,极大地影响了钻井安全。为了减少钻井事故及井下复杂情况的发生,提高钻井速度,在调研了国内外煤层钻井的现场经验和资料的基础上,结合目前煤层气钻井技术的发展状况,以及华北石油管理局近年来40多口煤层气井的钻井实践,针对沁水盆地在煤层气钻井过程中产生的复杂问题,及对安全钻井影响较大的井漏、坍塌和低密度水泥浆固井等问题,做了一些研究和总结,并提出了相应的解决办法,为同类煤层气的开采提供了借鉴。

Abstract:During the process of drilling coalbed methane, many problems, such as sloughing of ingre dients, circulation loss and gas invasion, greatly impact the drilling process. In order to avoid these problems and increase the drilling speed, this paper summarizes the problems that greatly impact safety drill ing, and proposes corresponding solutions, based on the experience and materials in combed methane drill ing in the world, the current development of combed methane drilling technology, and the experience of drilling more than 40 coalbed methane wells in Huabei Oilfield. This may be a good reference to the development of coalbed methane.
