绕线机步进驱动自动控制系统

摘    要:介绍了采用PLC作为主控制器,步进电机驱动的绕线机绕线-排线机构柔性连接的数字控制系统.论述了系统的工作原理、硬件实现及软件编程方法.该系统绕线与排线两轴无机械耦合,通过电气解耦和软件控制,保证了两轴的同步驱动,实现了柔性化数字控制.具有绕排线精度高,适应性强,操作简单等特点.

Abstract:This paper introduces a novel electrical control system of rewinding and arranging copper wires adopting a PLC as the main controller and a stepping motor combined flexibly with main rewinding roller. The principle of system operation is described ,and the hardware construction and the basic software block diagram are designed. The application results have shown that the system has many advantages,for example,rewinding and arraning rollers without interlinking mechanically, high controlling precision,high adaptability,easy operation and so on.
