摘    要:热力系统换热设备CAD系统是针对重大过程换热设备而开发的CAD/CAE软件。讨论了标准建模语言UML在该系统中的应用与实现步骤,以及利用UML进行热力系统换热设备CAD建模的一般过程;在对换热设备做详尽分析的基础上,给出了多种UML的模型图。最终的系统可完成多种类型换热器的工艺设计与计算及相关零部件的设计与校核。100多种类型、3万多种规格的过程装置标准零部件及派生的非标准零部件的参数化设计,可实现物性参数和材料参数的自动查取,首次完成了新型纵流壳程换热器壳程的非标准结构设计。UML的建模方法对整个热力系统换热设备CAD系统的实现起到了重要作用。

Abstract:The heat exchanger CAD (HECAD) system is a CAD/CAE software developed for heavy-duty process heat exchanger. The application and implementation of UML (Unified Modeling Language) in HECAD system is discussed, and the procedure of HECAD system modeling with UML is illustrated. Based on a detailed analysis of various kinds of heat exchangers, several UML model diagrams are given. The HECAD system can be used for technological design and calculation of various kinds of heat exchangers as well as the mechanical design and checking of relevant component parts. It can also carry out the parameterized design of various types and sizes of standard and non-standard component parts of the process heat exchangers; therefore can realize the real integrative design of the heat exchanger. The UML modeling method is of great importance to the implementation of HECAD system.
