高压阳极铝箔制备过程中组织与织构的演变

摘    要:以高纯铝为原料,通过热轧、中间退火、冷轧和再结晶退火制成0.11 mm厚的高压阳极铝箔,运用光学显微镜和蚀坑法研究了此制备过程中铝箔组织与织构的演变过程.结果表明,伴随着组织的变化,织构的类型也由形变织构变为典型的再结晶织构,且再结晶织构形成机制符合择优生长理论.

Abstract:High voltage anode aluminum foil of 0. 11 mm in thickness has been obtained after hot rolling, annealing, cold roofing and recrystallization annealing. Evolvement of mierostruetures and textures in this process has been investigated by means of optical microscope and the method of etch-pits. The results show that the deformation textures are turned into recrystallization textures and the mechanism of this change accords with oriented growth theory.
