轴系振动的多体动力学仿真分析

摘    要:以某直列6缸柴油机曲轴系为研究对象,通过多体动力学非线性分析的方法对该轴进行了振动研究.首先建立了曲轴等部件的有限元模型,采用子结构的概念,对有限元模型进行模态缩减,然后运用AVL的发动机仿真模块EXCITE建立多体动力学仿真模型.预测轴系振动特性,将计算的扭振结果与实验结果进行对比,计算的扭振结果与实验结果吻合性较好.并进一步研究了飞轮惯量的改变对轴系扭振的影响.

Abstract:This paper describes the technique used to perform a dynamic simulation of a crankshaft of an inline 6 cylinder with the aim to predicting the vibration of the crank train. First, a FEM model of crank train was created. This model was very large and necessary to create a substructure model by FE software. Then then nonlinear dynamic analysis was performed. Torsional vibration predictions were compared to actual dynamic measurements of the crankshaft. The result indicated good correlation with actual measured result. Finally a further study on torsional vibration with different flywheel was described.
