直流接触器灭弧时间试验分析

利用永磁体磁吹灭弧方式,对直流接触器进行有效灭弧。分别对2台直流接触器测试了不同电流和不同时间常数下的灭弧时间。分析了灭弧时间与电流及时间常数的关系,得出灭弧时间与电流及时间常数的变化规律,为直流接触器有效灭弧提供相应的试验依据和参照。

Test Analysis of DC Contactor Quenching Time

The magnetic quenching of the permanent magnet is an effective way to the DC electric arc quenching. Two different DC contactors were tested to check the quenching time. The quenching time was tested within different current and time constant. The tested result was analyzed to find the relations between the quenching time and the current, and the relations between the quenching time and the time constant. The law of the quenching time with the current and time constant was obtained. The tested results provide some experiment basis and reference to the effective quenching of the DC contactor.
