| 摘 要： | 利用截留相对分子质量分别为1K，5K，10K的改良纤维素膜对不同浓度的麦草浆黑液进行了超滤研究，研究结果表明：在种膜中，截留相对分子质量为10K膜的水通量最大，5K膜的水通量最小，黑液经超滤处理后，截留液中Klason木素，总木素含量增加，灰分，糖及糖醛酸含量有一定程度的降低，酸溶木素含量变化不大，透过液中酸溶木素，灰分，糖及糖醛酸含量增加，而Klason木素及总木素含量降低，同时黑液得到一定程度的浓缩，恒压越滤与普通超滤相比，其所得的截留液中Klason木素，酸溶木素及总木素均比普通超滤高，而灰分，糖及糖醛酸的含量则比普通超滤低，但黑液被稀释。

| Abstract: | Ultrafiltation of wheat straw black liquor of different solid content by using MWCO 1K ,5K,10K regenerated cellulose membrane was studied .The flux rate using membrane of MWCO 10K was the highest .The contents of Klason lignin and total lignin increased greatly and contents of ash ,sugar and sugar acid decreased in the retentate .The content of Klason lignin ,total linin decreased .The contents of Klason lignin ,acid soluble lignin and total lignin in the retentate of ultrafitration with constant pressure were higher than those in the retentate of conventional ultrafiltration.It revealed that the different mode of ultrafiltration should be used according to the different puroses. |
