摘    要:分析了三偏心结构蝶阀的密封副干涉计算原理,通过计算机程序分析计算了蝶板回转中心相对于流道中心的径向偏心、回转中心与蝶板中面的轴向偏心、圆锥轴线角度偏心以及圆锥半锥角对三偏心结构密封副干涉的影响,给出了它们的合理选择范围。

Abstract:The seal pair interference computation principle of the three eccentric butterfly valve is analyzed; the effect of its radial eccentricity which is that the distance of its rotation center relative to the pipeline center, the axis eccentricity which is that its rotation center relative to the butterfly shutter , the angle eccentricity which is that the angle of the cone axis relative to the pipeline center and the half cone's angle on the seal pair's interference of the tri eccentric butterfly valve are calated calculated; and their reasonable selected range is given.
