摘    要:本文给出了一组可用于计算任意光栅绝对衍射效率的积分方程。通过解这些方程给出了三类光栅的效率曲线:红外光栅、可见光栅和掠入射光栅。本文还分析了光栅槽形顶角对光栅衍射效率的影响,并研究了掠入射光栅槽形衍射面角的选值问题,最后,给出了一些计算效率值的实验结果。

Abstract:In this paper, we give a set of integral equations which can be used to calculate diffraction efficiency of grating.of any kind. By solving these equations, we give some efficiency curves of gratings: of three kinds infrared, visible and grazing incidence gratings.Also, we analyze the influence of apex angle of grating figure and the choice of diffraction plan angle of grazing incidence gratings. At the end of this paper, some of the experimental data are presented.
