超高强度钢的热模拟预应变淬火与马氏体形核机制

摘    要:结合30CrSiMnMoV超高强度钢的热模拟预应变淬火,对组织中的马氏体板条宽度进行定量金相统计分析.其结果中出现了用经典形核理论无法解释的现象。因此,根据平面不变应变“稀释”原理,从位错的角度及其位错的弹性应变场出发,提出了马氏体相变的弹性应变平面波形核机理,并依此机理解释了马氏体相变及实验结果。

Abstract:Analysing to the martensite lathing width of the high strength s teel of 30CrSiMnMoV which suffers the premature of hot simulation strain quenchi ng.The results show that some phenomenon can not be explained by the traditional crystal defect nucleation theory.Therefore, on the basis of the principle of in variant plane strain diluting the theory of elasticity strain plane wave nucleat ion was established. Using this modle,we explaine the laws of martensite growth and the results of our experiments.
