摘    要:介绍国内小乙烯装置各专利技术急冷油系统普遍存在的问题,以及急冷油系统减粘的各种工艺,阐述急冷油减粘系统的原理,并讨论急冷油减粘系统设计中的问题,使急冷油减粘系统稳定运行,满足急冷油塔高负荷生产要求。

Design of Quench Oil Viscosity Decreasing System for Small Ethylene Plants
Abstract:Introduce the common problems existing in various quench oil viscosity decreasing patented technologies of small ethylene plants in China and various processes of quench oil viscosity decreasing system and its principle.Discuss the design problems,so as to guarantee the stable running of the quench oil viscosity decreasing system and meet the heavy duty production requirements of the quench oil tower.
