钛酸钡系无铅压电陶瓷的研究进展

摘    要:钛酸钡(BaTiO3)压电陶瓷具有优异的电性能和低污染性,长期以来是人们重点研究的对象。本文综述了近年来BaTiO3系无铅压电陶瓷研究开发的几种体系与进展,着重介绍了BT--BNT和BT-BKT二元系无铅压电陶瓷的结构及性能。同时对BaTiO3系无铅压电陶瓷的发展趋势作了评述。

Abstract:BaTiO3 piezoelectric ceramics have been attracting great attention worldwide as famous and deep-studied material with excellent electric properties and low contamination. In this paper, some BT-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics systems are summarized. The research work and the electrical properties of BaTiO3-based, BT-BNT and BT-BKT are emphasized. Meanwhile, the new development and prospects of them also has been discussed.
