“内燃机油调配预测系统”的开发

摘    要:利用内燃机油各组分与各项性能之间的关系模型,对内燃机油各组分的配比在要求指标的前提下进行优化,成功地开发出了“内燃机油调配预测系统”。通过对内燃机油粘度分类GB/T 14906和SAE J300的比较,并参考内燃机油国家标准中有关性能要求,确定了系统中所规定的不同粘度级别内燃机油的主要理化指标,同时提出通过计算基础油可调配指数的方法对基础油可调配性进行评价,实际使用结果证明,“内燃机油调配预测系统”配方优化预测较为准确,有极强的实用价值。

Abstract:The "Blending Prediction System of engine oils" was developed in this paper. The treat rate of base oils, viscosity index improver and pour point depressant can be optimized by using this system. Some specification requirements of the engine oil, not included in GB14906, at different viscosity grade was concluded with GB 11121 and GB 11122. With the blending index of the base oil, which rose in this paper, the characteristic of base oil blending can be compared. Good prediction results have been made with the "Blending Prediction System of Engine Oils".
