摘    要:为解决某些电厂出现循环水浓缩倍率波动大问题,以华能德州电厂为例,通过对循环水电导率和浓缩倍率关系进行分析,与DCS控制系统相结合,构建了循环水浓缩倍率稳定控制系统。华能德州电厂应用结果表明,该系统监测实时准确,操作控制方便,能有效减缓因排污量过大引起的循环水浓缩倍率波动大的问题,保证了循环水在高浓缩倍率条件下的稳定运行。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of wide fluctuations of circulating water concentration rate in some power plants, Huaneng Dezhou Power Plant is taken as an example to analyze the relationship between the concentration rate and the conductivity of the cooling water Based on the analysis and with the combination of the DCS control system, the control system for circulating water concentration rate stabilization is established. The application results indicate that the system conducts real-time monitoring accurately, is easy to operate, effectively buffers the considerable fluctuation of circulating water concentration rate caused by heavy blowdown and ensures the steady operation of circulating water with high concentration rate.
