云母钛珠光颜料液相沉积剂制备工艺的研究

摘    要:本文研究了不同的云母钛珠光颜料液相沉积剂的制备工艺。根据钛的含氧酸盐和无氧酸盐的理化性质、水解机理的不同,分别配制了4种不同的钛盐溶液(①Ti(SO4)2 H2SO4,②Ti(SO4)2加热分解 H2SO4,③TiCl4 HCl,④TiCl4 H2SO4)作为制备云母钛珠光颜料的液相沉积剂。实验结果表明:以第③种方案配制的钛盐溶液在云母表面进行液相包膜后,所得云母钛珠光颜料的质量较好。

Abstract:The preparition methods of coating matter in liquid for pearlescent of titanium-mica pearlescent pigments were studied. According to the different physical or chemical character and hydrolyzing principium for oxysalt and non-oxysalt of titanium, four different methods were carried out:(1)Ti (SO4)2 H2SO4,(2)Ti (SO4)2 decomposed by pyro-genation H2SO4,(3)TiCl4 HC1, (4)TiCl4 H2SO4. The experimental results showed that the third method is better for preparing the better titanium-mica pearlescent pigments.
