低辐射热暴露下消防服热防护性能测评方法研究进展

摘    要:为全面准确地评价低辐射热暴露下消防服的热防护性能,分析了现阶段的实验室测评方法和数值模拟方法。基于消防服内传热机制的研究,阐述了消防服内干态传热模型和热湿耦合传递模型的研究现状,总结了热防护性能的影响因素;分析了现阶段低辐射热暴露下织物和服装热防护性能测评方法,分别从测试方法的差异因素和局限2个角度阐述不同实验方法及实验装置对热防护性能预测的影响;总结了目前数值模拟在消防服热湿传递机理研究方面的应用;最后指出在未来的研究中,应全面准确模拟真实的低辐射热暴露环境,提高消防服热防护性能测评的准确性。


Analysis of evaluation method of thermal protective performance of firefighter protective clothing exposure to low level radiation
Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of the evaluation of the thermal protective performance of firefighter protective clothing exposed to low level radiation,existing experimental evaluation methods and numerical modeling methods of heat transfer were analyzed.Based on the research of the heat transfer mechanism in firefighter protective clothing,the research status of heat and moisture transfer models was reviewed.The factors which affected the thermal protective performance were summarized.The evaluation methods of the thermal protective performance of firefighter clothing in low level radiation were summarized,and the effect of experiment methods and experimental equipment on the prediction of thermal protective performance were analyzed from two aspects of differences and limitations of test methods.The application of numerical simulation in the heat and moisture transfer was summarized.Simulating the exposure conditions in low level radiation exactly should be proposed in the future study to improve the accuracy of the evaluation of the thermal protective performance in firefight clothing.
