服装企业智能制造的实践

智能制造是服装制造业由传统制造向现代化制造发展的必然.依据服装企业智能制造总体架构、主要内容及特征,提出实现我国服装企业智能制造必须抓"三衣两裤"示范企业和分三个阶段来进行.为实施我国服装企业智能制造,在总结第一阶段服装企业在信息化和自动化进展基础上,提出第二和第三阶段在研发和应用机器人、研发和应用智能机器、研发和应用模块式生产系统、研发和应用云计算云制造服务平台等六个方面来实践智能制造.

Practice of intelligence manufacturing in apparel enterprises

Intelligence manufacturing is the inevitable development of apparel enterprises from traditional manufacturing to modern manufacturing .In order to implement the intelligence manufacturing of apparel enterprises in China ,the model enterprises of "Three Clothing Two Trousers" must be established and carried out in three stages according to its overall frame-work ,main contents and characteristics .In order to make the implementation of intelligence manufacturing of Chinese apparel enterprises ,after summing up the progress in the informa-tion technology and automation of the apparel enterprises in the first stage ,we propose to practice the intelligence manufacturing in the six aspects in the second and third stages .There are research development and application of robot ,research development and application of in-telligent machines ,research development and application of modular production system ,re-search development and application of cloud computing ,cloud manufacturing service platform .
