准分子激光角膜切削术矫正近视的疗效观察

PRK矫治近视眼118只，总有效率为100％，其中＜－6.00D的中低度近视术后探视力均达1．0以上，随访半年疗效稳定，无回退。－6．00D以上的高度近视经PRK治疗随访半年，部分回退，平均矫正视力只达0.85。欠矫和回退原因有并发角膜上皮下雾状混浊、激光偏离光学区、停用糠皮质激素。临床实践表明PRK对＜－6．00D的中低度近视矫治较好，对＞－6．00D的高度近视不甚理想。

Clinical Study of Photorefractive Keratectomy with the Excimer Laser for Myoporthosis

The results obtained in 118 eyes of 60 patients who were treated with photorefra ctive keratectomy for myopia correction with eximer laser.The overall effective rate was 100%, The myopia ranged from - 1. 0 to - 6. 0D, among them followed up half a year, the result was stable and had no return. The myopia over - 6. 0D which cured with PRK had been followed up half a year, parts of them had non - progressive.The average refraction is 0. 85. The reason of undercorrection and non - progressive: 1) corneal haze appeared. 2) The laser scope ia not the sarne of ablation zone. 3) stop asing hormone.Above result showed PRK is a safe prcedure capable of correcting the eyes of patients with low to moderate myopia. It's not a good method to correct high myopia.
