供电企业营销管理现代化建设方法探讨

随着我国电力管理体制改革的不断深化，国家电网公司制定了以客户服务为中心的现代电力营销发展战略框架，出台了电力营销现代化建设指导意见.辽宁省电力有限公司结合自身的工作实际，确立了投资14亿元，分5 a建设完成电力营销技术支持系统，进而实现电力营销管理现代化的建设目标.目前我国各供电企业大都在进行营销管理现代化建设，但规划目标与实践过程不统一、与最终实现不完全一致的情况较为普遍，以辽宁省电力有限公司营销管理现代化建设过程为例，从概念上和实现过程上提出解决供电企业营销管理现代化建设问题的方案。
