| 摘 要： | 情商是测定人的情绪智力水平的指标，是决定个人成功与否的非智力因素，然而由于家庭、社会、学校以及自身的原因，目前我国的大学生情商发展存在一些问题。因此，应通过全社会共同努力，把情商教育作为一项系统工程培养“德才兼备”的时代大学生。

| Abstract: | The EQ is a kind of index to measure one's emotion level,is the non-intelligence factor that can determine one's success.Because of all kinds of reasons from family,society,school and oneself,some problems exist in the EQ development of our country's undergraduates,so,we should make EQ education become a system engineering to train the modern students with both ability and moral integrity through the effect of whole society. |
