摘    要:采用Nd:YAG调Q激光器输出的1.06 μm光脉冲抽运Cr4+:Mg2SiO4晶体,实现Cr4+:Mg2SiO4激光器的增益开关运转。从理论和实验上分析了抽运光采用不同焦距的透镜聚焦和Cr4+:Mg2SiO4激光器采用不同腔长时,抽运光和振荡激光的模式匹配,以及模式匹配与激光器光-光转换效率之间的关系。在最佳的实验条件下,得到中心波长约为1.22 μm,能量和脉宽分别为10 mJ和8.2 ns的激光脉冲,其光-光转换效率达到20%。

Abstract:The gain-switched operation of Cr4+:Mg2SiO4 laser pumped by the Q-switched Nd:YAG laser at 1.06 μm is realized. The mode-match of pumping laser and oscillation laser, and the relation between the transfer efficiency and the mode-match is analyzed theoretically and experimentally,as the pumping laser is focused by different lens and the different cavity length is adopted by Cr4+:Mg2SiO4 laser . The laser pulse at 1.22 μm center wavelength is obtained with the output energy of 10 mJ and pulse duration of 8.2 ns.The transfer efficiency is 20%.
