摘    要:以芬顿试剂、高锰酸钾为氧化剂氧化降解生活污水,通过测定COD、BOD5变化来比较氧化效果.在单因素实验的基础上,采用正交试验进行研究.芬顿试剂适宜的氧化条件:FeSO4·7H2O的投加量为3mmol/L,pH值为3,H2O2与Fe^2+的投加比为3:1,反应时间为60rain;高锰酸钾适宜的氧化条件:投加量为0.2mmol/L,pH值为2,反应时间为60min.研究表明:与高锰酸钾处理的效果相比,采用芬顿试剂,COD去除率可达80%,处理后废水的可生化性大大提高,为进一步的生化处理创造了良好的条件.

Abstract:KMnO4 and Fenton reagent were selected as oxidizers for the oxidation and degradation of life wastewater. The treatment effects were evaluated by the changes of COD and BODs parameters. Orthogonal experiments were designed to optimize the processing conditions based on the single affected factor. The prefered controlling conditions for Fenton reagent treatment process: FeSO4·7H2O is 3 mmol/L, pH is 3, H2O2/Fe^2+ is 3:1, reaction time is 60 min. For KMnO4 treatment process: KMnO4 is 0.2 mmol/L, pH is 2, reaction time is 60 min respectively. In comparison with the treatment results of KMnO4, Fenton reagent treatment improved the refresh ability of the wastewater and the COD removal ratio was raised up to 80 %.
