| 摘 要： | 通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验和能谱分析等手段对冷轧Q195L带钢表面翘皮缺陷进行分析。结果表明：钢中存在的多种非金属夹杂物、氧化铁皮和保护渣是引起带钢翘皮的主要原因。

| Abstract: | The skin rising flaws on the surface of the mid-rolled Q195L strip steel were analyzed by means of macroscopic examination, chemical eomposition analysis, metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis. The results showed that many kinds of non metallic inclusions and iron scale and slag in the steel were the main reasons led to the skin rising. |
