水性凹版塑料薄膜表印油墨研究

摘    要:结合水性凹版塑料薄膜表印油墨印刷性能要求,进行配方和工艺设计,选择原材料进行加工,并对研制的水性凹版塑料薄膜表印油墨的性能进行了系统的检测分析.结果表明:所研制的水性凹版塑料薄膜表印油墨的抗水性、抗磨擦性、初干性、附着牢度等性能指标都达到或超过国家轻工行业标准指标,其挥发性有机化合物(VOC)及重金属等有害元素含量也都达到或超过国家环境保护行业标准.因此,所研制的环保型水性凹版塑料薄膜表印油墨完全可以取代沿用多年的溶剂型凹版塑料薄膜表印油墨.

Abstract:This paper selected the raw material in accordance with printing performance requirements of water based gravure surface ink for plastic film, furthermore to design the formula and technology and then produce the water based gravure surface ink for plastic film. Systematic detection and analysis of the performance of synthetic water based gravure surface ink for plastic film was made. The results showed that its water resistance, crock resistance, initial dryness and adhesive fastness measure up to or exceed the quality standard guideline; the volatile organic compounds (VOC) and heavy metal and other harmful elements content measure up to or exceed the environmental protection industrial standards. Therefore, the environmental protection the water based gravure surface ink for plastic film can completely replace the conventional exclusive solvent gravure surface ink for plastic film.
