酱曲源毛霉的分离及其产蛋白酶条件的优化

摘    要:利用稀释平板法从曲样和窖泥单菌落中分离得到2株毛霉1#和2#,在优化的发酵培养基和发酵条件下产蛋白酶活力分别达到:1#菌6 565 U/g,2#菌9 146 U/g.对两株菌进行紫外诱变,获得的诱变U1#菌、U2#菌分别比出发1#菌、2#菌产蛋白酶活力提高了48.58%和54.45%.

Abstract:Mucor were isolated by streak platemethod, two Mucor strains were obtained named 1# and 2 e The protease activity of 1# and 2# were 6 565.209 U/g and 9 146.015 U/g respectively. Mutate breeding was made to enhance the producing capability of the strain. U1# compared to 1# , the protease activity increased 48.58 %, U2# compared to 2#, the protease activity increased 54.45 %.
