摘    要:基于传统通风阻力测试方法精度低且操作复杂的缺点,提出了一种以无线传感器网络技术为核心的矿井通风多参数无线测试系统。重点对系统中的硬件和软件进行了设计。硬件方面是将CC2530芯片作为控制处理器的核心,并且把51单片机与RF射频技术融合为一体,用MAX232与PC机实现数据的通信;软件方面是在Z_TACK通信协议栈的基础上,利用C语言来编写核心控制程序。该系统不仅实现了实时监测井下一段巷道内2点的温、湿度和气压值,而且能真正实现矿井通风阻力测试的自动化、精确化、网络化。

Abstract:The traditional ventilation resistance test method has feature of low precision and complex operation,a multi-parameter wireless test mine ventilation system based on wireless sensor network technology is proposed.Designing of system hardware and software is focused on,where CC2530 chip is considered as the control core processor of hardware.Both 51 single chips and the RF technology are integrated as a whole to realize data communication with the MAX232 and PC.Meanwhile,on the basis of Z_TACK communication protocol stack,C language is adopted to write the key control program in software.The system can achieve real-time monitoring of temperature,humidity and barometric pressure at two points within the underground roadway,and truly realize automation,high precision and network of mine ventilation resistance testing.
