新型电脑刺绣机针杆机构设计分析

摘    要:电脑刺绣机针杆机构和挑线机构是形成刺绣线迹的重要机构,对形成高质量的刺绣轨迹十分重要.以电脑刺绣机原始针杆机构为研究对象,在保持针杆机构运动规律不变的基础上,设计了平底推杆盘型凸轮针杆机构,推导了理论方程,确定了凸轮的轮廓曲线,为研制新型电脑刺绣机针杆机构奠定了基础.

Abstract:The needle bar and the thread-taking-up are main mechanism to form the thread trace of the embroidery in computerized embroidery machine, exerting great impact on the forming of high quality thread trace of the embroidery. This paper deals with the study of the original needle bar mechanism and sets out a new design of periphery cam with flat-bottomed pusher style needle bar mechanism while maintaining the movement regularity of the original needle bar mechanism. It deduces the theoretic equation, gets the contour curve of the periphery cam, and establishes a basis of developing the newmodel needle bar mechanism for computerized embroidery machine.
