摘 要: | 介绍了高活性气相法聚乙烯SLC-G催化剂的开发和工业化应用情况。工业应用表明,SLC-G催化剂活性高,在非冷凝操作模式下为8500~9000kg/kg,在冷凝操作模式下为6000~6500kg/kg,比相同操作模式下SCG催化剂的活性分别高约100%和35%;共聚能力和氢调性都较理想,n(C4=)∶n(C2=)稳定在0.33~0.34,n(H2=)∶n(C2=)稳定在0.14~0.15。装置运行稳定,各操作参数均能满足工艺要求,得到的聚乙烯产品均为优级品。

Abstract: | Research and commercial application of a high activity gas phase polyethylene catalyst SLC-G were discussed.Catalyst activity of catalyst SLC-G reached 8 500~9 000kg/kg under traditional operating conditions and 6 000~6 500kg/kg under conditions with condensing,which were 100% and 35% higher respectively than catalyst SCG under same relevant conditions.When n(C=4)∶n(C=2)=0.33—0.34 and n(H=2)∶n(C=2)=0.14—0.15 catalyst SLC-G showed good copolymerization activity and hydrogen sensitivity.High grade polyethylene can be obtained on catalyst SLC-G. |
