摘    要:研究利用ICP-OES法快速测定茶饮料中铁、锌、锶、铜、锰、镍等多种微量元素,选取了最佳仪器分析条件,检出限分别为0.002mg/L、0.005mg/L、0.0001mg/L、0.002mg/L、0.0005mg/L、0.008mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.38%~0.79%,回收率在93.8%~104.3%之间。该方法样品前处理简便、快捷,测定结果准确。

Abstract:This paper aims to determine the content of microelements of iron, zinc, strontium, copper, manganese and nickel through ICP-AES method under the optimal condition of instrumental analysis. The detection limits for microelements were 0.002rag/L, 0.005mg/L, 0.000 lmg/L, 0.002mg/L, 0.0005mg/L, 0.003mg/L, 0.008mg/L, 0.003mg/L, and 0.005mg/L, respectively. RSD was in the range of 0.38%-0.79% and recovery rate in the range from 93.8%- 104.3%. The proposed method was proved to be simple, rapid and accurate, and the result was satisfactory.
