老挝南梦3水电站枢纽布置设计与设计创新

介绍南梦3水电站工程枢纽布置及主要建筑物设计，特别介绍了该工程的压力钢管道设计。老挝南梦3水电站2005年1月18日第2台机组正式并网发电，工程竣工并移交老挝国家电力公司。电站枢纽布置合理，运行管理方便。电站各建筑物及机电设备，经过正常蓄水位的检验，机组满负荷运行检验，电站达到设计出力，机电设备运行安全可靠，建筑物稳定安全。压力钢管道为槽挖浅埋管（回填管）设计，降低成本，加快施工进度，在同类工程中处于较先进的水平。压力钢管道安装完毕后，恢复了原地貌和植被，保护了电站所属老挝国家森林公园的生态环境，深受老挝业主好评，也赢得较好的国际声誉。灌溉尾水得到老挝政府的赞誉。工程输变电线路打通了与泰国电网的连接，取得了显著的经济效益。

The Layout Design and Its Innovation of Nam Gnong-3 Hydropower Project Complex in Laos

The paper gives a presentation of the layout of Nam Gnong -3 hydropower project complex , the design of its major structures and the design of the penstocks of the project in particular .The second generating unit of Nam Gnong-3 hydropower plant was put into commercial operation and connected to the grid on January 18, 2005.The project was handed over to the state electric power corporation of Laos after its completion .The power plant complex has been laid out rationally and operated smoothly and managed easily .All of the power plant structures and elec-tromechanical equipments were tested by normal storage level and full load operation of the generating units .The power plant achieves the design output , the electromechanical equipments have been under safe and reliable opera-tion and the structures remain stable and safe .The penstocks are of trench excavation and shallow embedment （backfill） in design so as to reduce cost and to speed up the construction of the project , which comes up to ad-vanced standards of the projects of the same kind .After completion of erection of the penstocks both original terrain and vegetation were restored and the ecological environment of the national forest park of Laos where the power plant stands has properly been protected , which is well received by the Employer of Laos and also acquires favora-ble international reputation .The tail water irrigation facilities are praised by the government of Laos .The power transmission line of the project is connected to the grid of Thailand , thus producing significant economic benefits .
