摘    要:分析了某电厂300MW机组锅炉再热蒸汽温度偏低的原因,认为其主要是锅炉运行方式不合理和受热面布置不足等所致。对此,从运行和设备改造方面采取了相应的措施,以期使再热蒸汽温度偏低问题得到改善。

Abstract:The causes leading to somewhat lower reheated steam temperature in the boiler of 300 MW unit in one power plant have been analysed. It is believed that the main causes are unreasonable operation mode of the boiler and insufficient heat surface layout etc.. For this, corresponding measures have been put forward from aspects of operation and equipment retrofit, to enhance the reheated steam temperature.
