半固态浆料制备用电磁搅拌器中电磁场的研究

摘    要:利用数字式特斯拉计详细测量了电磁搅拌器空载条件下切向磁感应强度分布,结果表明:磁感强度在搅拌器的高度方向中间处最大;随着半径的增大而增大,越是靠近线圈和齿槽磁感强度越大;磁感强度随着励磁电流增大而增大,随着频率增大而减小;在电磁搅拌线圈内壁处,磁感强度呈明显的周期性变化。

Abstract:The experiment result of the electromagnetic intensity measurement using the teslametor indicated that electromagnetic intensity is stronger in the middle of the electromagnetic stirring device, more stronger along with bigger direction, more stronger when current become stronger, minishes when frequency become less and is acutely periodic variety round loop and alveolar.
