发动机高压压气机转子叶片断裂分析

摘    要:高压压气机第二级钛合金转子叶片首次发生断裂。通过断口观察、材质分析、表面质量对比等检查工作,对叶片的断裂性质及断裂原因进行综合分析,结果表明:第二级转子叶片断裂性质为高周疲劳断裂;叶片断裂是由于叶片表面存在较重的抛光痕迹,并且叶尖受外来物打伤等综合因素共同作用的结果。通过改善叶身的表面完整性,可有效避免类似故障。

Abstract:A second-grade compressor rotor blade in an aero-engine fractured after serving for a while. In order to find out the fracture mode and cause, macro and micro observation, EDS analysis and surface quality examination were carried out. The results show that the fracture mode of the blade is high-cycle fatigue fracture. There are heavier polishing marks at the surface of blade and the tip of the blade was hitted by other things. The above factors caused the cracking of the blade. The surface quality of the blades should be improved to prevent such a failure.
