摘    要:目前西门子1000MW机组汽轮机在国内许多电厂均发生过因轴封问题而导致大轴抱死的事故。为了保证机组安全和经济运行,从轴封系统的作用、结构及轴封供汽控制系统的特点出发,分析引起汽轮机轴封抱死的原因及预防措施。

Abstract:Locking accidents have happened to Siemens 1000MW turbines in many power plants in China due to problems of the shaft seals. In order to ensure the secure and economical operation of the units, this essay analyzes the causes and as well as giving relevant precautionary measures in the aspects of the functions of the shaft seal system, its structure and the features of its steam supply control system.
