摘    要:通过对环境、社会和技术经济的综合分析,利用层次分析法对衡水湖环境功能区划备选方案进行遴选,确定了最佳方案为:东洼蓄当地水,西洼蓄引江水,不建中隔堤,提高了评价结果的直观性和可操作性。

Abstract:According to the comprehensive analysis on ecological environment, social politics and technical economy, the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method is applied to the selection of the rational function zoning program for the Hengshui Lake. The optimal program is that water in the local region and diverted from the river are stored in the east and west part of the lake separately, without a center dyke in the lake. The visibility and operability of the evaluation results are improved using the AHP method.
