摘    要:机床润滑油的失效是诸多因素综合影响的结果。氧化剂、水、杂质、酸值、粘度的变化都将导致润滑油品质的改变,因此,润滑油品质的在线监测指标需要综合反映油品的变化情况。根据国内外相关文献,介电常数对多项油品指标敏感,能有效反映润滑油的综合品质。通过监测润滑油的介电常数,并测定多种污染程度不同的油样以获取门槛值,实现润滑油品质的实时判断。

Abstract:The failure of machine tool lubricants is the result of the combined influence of many factors.The changes in oxidants,water,impurities,acid value,and viscosity will cause changes in the quality of lubricants.Therefore,online monitoring indicators of lubricant quality need to comprehensively reflect changes in oil products.According to relevant literature at home and abroad,the dielectric constant is sensitive to many oil indicators and can effectively reflect the comprehensive quality of the lubricant.By monitoring the dielectric constant of lubricating oil,and measuring a variety of oil samples with different degrees of pollution to obtain the threshold value.The real-time judgment of lubricating oil quality has been achieved.
