Abstract:In order to solve the problem that traditional digital servo-valve is hard-driven, unreliable and voluminous,a position servo controller for the digital servo valve with eccentric paddle is designed. The controller takes STM32F103RET6 as the control unit and intelligent driver chip LMD18200 as the driver unit, uses a current sensor and a magnetic angle sensor as the sensor unit, and then drives the digital servo valve by controlling the limited angle motor. The whole design, hardware and the software of servo system are mainly described, and the prototype of the system is tested. The results show that the controller has high integrity and smaller size, and can realize high-precision and high-dynamic performance of position control.
